• eBlast Pool Club members offering specials just for members (e.g. 10% off pre-season purchases prior to Memorial Day or off excess inventory items - while supplies last).
• eBlast discounts on pre-season openings (service calls), beat the rush and pay less! The sooner pools get opened the earlier retailers start earning money.
• Pool Club membership bonus gift for anyone buying a seasonal chem-package (or chem kit of $50 or more).
• Offer monthly TIPS to Pool Club members along with a very short newsletter and coupon.

• eBlast events or specials on pool games and toys (consider a rental program on high-end toys, e.g. basketball backboards), only for Pool Club members.
• Offer Pool Club members who reach a sales milestone, one annual “pool-sitter” visit when owners take their summer vacation. Then you can charge for subsequent pool-sitter services.
• Offer Pool Club members one pre-season “source water check up.” They bring in a sample, test it for metals and other problems then recommend a start-up kit.
• Mark slow moving or high-margin items in the store with “Pool Club Savings” tags so when people see them they ask about Pool Club and purchase more of those items.
• Send Pool Club members manufacturer’s specials e-lerts. Be the first in to take advantage of limited time offers.
